We offer private Pilates sessions in a calm and focused setting. Every session is tailored to the person in front of us — whether your goal is to improve posture, reduce stiffness, build strength, move with less pain, or support an active lifestyle.
We work with the reformer, chair, tower, mat, and small props to create sessions that are precise, varied, and appropriate for your body. The goal is not random exercises. The goal is to help you move well, feel well, and build strength that carries into everyday life.
Private Pilates can meet you where you are — whether you spend most of your day sitting, have fallen out of regular movement, or already live an active life and want better support for your body.
Who we work with
More than just reformer
With us, sessions may include the reformer, chair, tower, mat, and small props, depending on what serves your body best.
Each piece of equipment offers something different. Together, they allow us to build sessions that are supportive, challenging, precise, and adaptable. This gives us more options than a reformer-only approach and helps us meet a wider range of bodies, goals, and movement needs.

Your session is built around your body, your starting point, your limitations, and your goals. That means more individual guidance, more precise corrections, and a pace that actually suits you.
For some people, that means finally finding an approach to movement that feels safe and manageable. For others, it means progressing further because the work is more specific and more effective.
FORMA was created by two Pilates teachers who believe in thoughtful, personalised movement.
We work with a calm, structured approach and adapt each session to the person in front of us. Our work is rooted in helping clients move better, feel stronger, and build a body that supports everyday life as well as long-term wellbeing.

How it works
1. Understand your need
We start by learning about your lifestyle, movement history, and goals, so the work is built around your real needs.
2. Assess how you move
We observe posture, alignment, and movement patterns to understand how your body currently functions.
3. Build your program
Based on what we see and discuss, we design a structured Pilates program that supports form, function, and steady progress.
4. Refine and progress
Your program evolves over time, with ongoing adjustments to ensure it remains effective, safe, and aligned with your goals.
Monthly Private Sessions
Private sessions are organised around a consistent weekly schedule, allowing us to build strength, improve posture, and create lasting results, payment is in 4-week cycles.
Once / Week
4 sessions every 4 weeks
€360 (€90 per session)
One session is 60 minutes.
Included:
One private Pilates session per week in a fixed time slot
Sessions tailored to your body, level, and goals
Use of reformer, chair, tower, and small props as needed
Structured, progressive approach (not random sessions each week)
Ongoing guidance to improve posture, strength, and movement quality
Consistency and accountability through a reserved weekly spot
Twice / Week
8 sessions every 4 weeks
€640 (€80 per session)
One session is 60 minutes.
Included:
Two private Pilates sessions per week in fixed time slots
Sessions tailored to your body, level, and goals
Use of reformer, chair, tower, and small props as needed
More continuous progression with faster, more noticeable results
Deeper work on strength, control, and movement patterns
Consistency and accountability through reserved weekly spots
Intro Session
For new clients who would like to experience private Pilates before committing to a regular schedule.
1 sessions– 70€
This sessions allow us to understand how your body moves and introduce the foundations of Pilates.
Included:
deep understanding of your specific needs
initial posture and movement assessment
introduction to key Pilates principles, exercises
guidance on how to build a consistent practice
After the introductory sessions, most clients continue with a regular weekly schedule.
